This website and all services are operated solely by Erica Hurley, an individual providing support, mentorship, and community spaces for women navigating baby loss, infertility, and childlessness not by choice. While I hold space for deep transformation, please note that I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical provider.

All services offered are intended as supportive tools for personal exploration and emotional expression—not as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, program materials, meditations, rituals, and videos—is the property of Erica Hurley unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, share, republish, or modify any materials without express written permission.

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payments for services, including but not limited to 1:1 mentorship, group cohorts, integration sessions, and digital content, must be made in full prior to the start of service, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

Due to the nature of this work and the limited capacity in each container, all sales are final and non-refundable.Please ensure you feel aligned before committing, and reach out with questions or schedule a discovery call if needed prior to purchase.

4. Confidentiality

I honor the vulnerability and depth of what is shared in my containers. Anything discussed in 1:1 sessions or group containers is held in sacred confidentiality. You agree to extend the same courtesy to other participants by keeping what is shared by others private.

While I do my utmost to maintain a safe and supportive environment, please be mindful that no digital space can be 100% secure. Participation in group chats, calls, or community platforms is at your own discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

This is a space rooted in compassion, safety, and mutual respect. By participating in my programs or accessing this site, you agree:

  • To show up with honesty, care, and openness

  • To respect others’ experiences, identities, and grief expressions

  • To refrain from hate speech, discrimination, or harmful behavior of any kind

Violation of these agreements may result in immediate removal from a program or group, without refund.

6. Limitations of Liability

By engaging with this site and any associated services, you acknowledge that Erica Hurley is not liable for any personal decisions, outcomes, or experiences that result from applying this work. You are responsible for your own healing journey, and are encouraged to seek additional support as needed.
